What was the biggest migration project you had?

In our largest project, our customer is an expert in payroll, tax, HCM and specializes in automating all payroll and tax filing processes. They had their own software created more than 20 years ago. But things changed and our client decided to migrate and modernize their core software application. By upgrading the Delphi version and removing the technical debt, we also solved the following issues:

• Prevented memory leaks;
• Made a more modern 64-bit platform to work with AWS/Cloud infrastructure;
• Improved performance and stability.

I have no working experience with outsourcing companies. How is everything organized on your side?

In our work, we quite often encounter situations when companies fully realize the advantages of hiring an outsourced software development team, but have very little idea how to manage this cooperation. Could you provide some cost for one or some of your migration projects? 

In this project we modernized the UI and UX of a point of sale system (POS) for the fashion industry retailers.
