Our client specializes in aggregating large and diverse data sets. The company provides easy-to-use cloud-based solutions that allow agencies, advertisers, and media companies to extract actionable insights from their data. The company had a long-established system that processed large amounts of data received from various advertisers on TV. Amid the changing market needs, it was required to enrich it with new functionality. Nevertheless, the performance of the system was too slow and unreliable, which led to the loss of customers. It was necessary to solve this problem as soon as possible and the company turned to us for help.

Together with the customer’s team, we decided to replace the obsolete application with a new solution. The legacy software was built on an old framework which made it impossible to run on certain operating systems.

While creating new functionality, we faced the challenges of processing a large amount of data, as the available services were either too slow in working with the required data volumes or too expensive. Thanks to the development of auxiliary applications, we distributed the data processing.
